3CX Pricing is based on the number of simultaneous calls your company needs, not the number of extensions/users. This makes 3CX pricing much more competitive than other vendors who charge a “per user/seat” licensing cost structure.
3CX is priced as an annual license/subscription or a perpetual license which is based on the number of simultaneous calls required. As a rule of thumb, 1 sim. call per 3-4 extensions is sufficient, i.e. a company with 50 extensions would need a 16 sim. call license. You can upgrade your subscription at any point in time by just paying the difference for the remaining period. Standard 4 and 8 simultaneous licenses are free for the first year, regardless of the size/qty of extensions. After the first year, you can purchase your annual subscription for the prices indicated below.

Note: Late maintenance renewal is not available, a 90 days grace period is given after which users can easily switch to an annual license.
