Remote Support service allows our expert technicians to diagnose and fix your technical issues without the need for an on-site visit. This service is available to businesses of all sizes, and provides a quick and cost-effective solution to technical issues.
Remote support cost:

Support is offered at the rate of £50 per hour

There may be a minimum 1/2 hr. charge for complex situations

Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments

You are only billed for the amount of time you utilize
