With AG Cloud Reports you can see a call flow of every call from your system. Every call has a time indicator for time spent in specific extensions and also shows where the calls was first answered. This way you are able to see where a customer was waiting or what their experience was like.

With AG Cloud  Reports you can generate statistics for the queues / ivrs and extensions you want. Pick multiple extensions or queues and generate your statistics. All data gets generated on our server, so theres no pressure on your 3CX server.

With AG Cloud Reports you can see what extension picked up your queue calls. We show statistics for the amount of call each extension in the queue/ivr call flow has picked up.

AG Cloud Reports offer search statistics in multiple intervals, here you can sort your calls in 15, 30 or 60min intervals. Outside that you can search for multiple days aswell. All of this will be reflected in a graph and shown for you to see what time you had the most calls!

Did you receive a call from a specific number, and want to see how the caller got through your system? Just go in and search for the number, find all the calls received from the number and see the call flow from it. Yes its that simple!
